Through our website www.epoca-ibla.it you can book our rooms directly by entering your credit card details as a guarantee in complete safety
The credit card details will be used only in the event of cancellation beyond the free cancellation terms.
In the case of a 'Non Refundable' booking, they will be used immediately after booking
Please make sure that your credit card has an expiration date that is later than the dates of your stay and that it has sufficient credit.

It is possible to cancel without penalty up to 21 days before your arrival.
If the cancellation occurs between 21 days and 5 days before your arrival, 30% of the total will be retained.
If the cancellation occurs between 4 days and your arrival or if there is a “No-Show”, you will be asked to pay 100% of the reservation.
For cancellations or changes to reservations made not directly from our site but through third-party online websites, it is necessary to contact the reference website directly.

The balance payment is required upon your arrival and can be made in cash EURO, by credit card, bank transfer
In case of Non-Refundable booking, the full amount will be charged immediately after booking

Check in will be by appointment from 2.30 pm to 8.00 pm
- It is necessary to communicate your expected arrival time the day before by Email or send a message to +39 347 549 3584 (preferably via "WhatsApp"). Please call 30 minutes before arrival at +39 347 549 3584.
It is possible to check in from 8.00 pm to 12.00 am at a cost of € 20.00 extra
It is essential that upon arrival you show documents (Passport, Identity Card or Driving License) in order to collect the keys and register the customer
Check-out is by 10.00 am.
